Security Guard - FT
Position Requirements:
-
Must have ability to respond effectively to emergency situations
-
Perform all facets of security (internal and external) including walking the entire premises using digital patrol system to observe, report and follow up on any safety or security concerns.

Complete Daily Activity Log & Reports
-
Good communication, interpersonal and computer skills,
-
High school diploma preferred
-
Ability to work weekend, evenings and nights.
Dining Room Servers - PT/FT
Position Requirements:
-
High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
-
Must be at least 18 years old as per state regulation
-
Responsibilities include attending the dining needs of guests seated in the assigned area.
-
Responsible for cleaning and resetting all tables in assigned section.
-
Assists in pick up-ups and delivers room service trays, as requested.
-
Maintains prescribed sanitation of the Department and its equipment.

Set up desserts, salads, beverages and condiments for meals according to the daily menu.
Cook - FT
Position Requirements:
-
A minimum of two years of experience in a commercial restaurant or health-related industry required.
-
One to two years of trade school desired.
-
Performs daily maintenance checks for equipment operation, temperature control, and safety standards.
-
Reviews daily menu, pulls and preps all items necessary for menu requirements and special functions.
-
Prepares and distributes food for residents, guests, and employees according to established production guidelines and sanitation standards.
-
Participates in inventory control, ordering, receiving, and storage of foods and supplies.
-
Assists and provides direction to dietary aides when necessary.
